Social Adjustment Scale-Self Report (SAS-SR)TM The Social Adjustment Scale (SAS-SR) is a self-report measure of social functioning. It contains 54 items rated on a 5-point scale. It takes about 20 minutes to complete and is intended for individuals 17 years and older. There are also Short and Screener versions available, which take five to 10 minutes to complete.
